AudioTel employs a strong and proactive initiative to fulfill all Federal regulations and compliance. Backup procedures, disaster recovery, and crisis management policies are well founded, documented, and ready for implementation. In addition, we voluntarily contract with third party companies that specialize in evaluation and determination of compliance policy needs.

Our Compliance and Security Policies are proactive, ongoing, and diligently administrated. AudioTel is dedicated to creating a comfort level for our customers, our management staff, and government regulators.

Facilities Management
During business hours, all persons (other than our employees) are required to sign-in and are accompanied by an employee while in our facility. After hours, we have an exterior, monitored security system, as well as an internal motion detection system. In addition, all entrances and main office areas are videotaped 24 hours a day. Key-coded doors are in place for all sensitive areas and all entries are logged.

Product Security Policy
At AudioTel, we feel that the Bank's management must generally understand AudioTel's information security program to evaluate effectively the system's ability to protect the bank and customer data. The information provided in our Security Statement is complete and detailed enough to help your institution make an informed decision. Our information security statement should bring you to a comfortable level with out divulging information that could lead to a breach of security.

Our full-time compliance and security officers have diligently administered a plan incorporating early prevention, detection, and response measures. Our prevention methods include sound security policies, well-designed system architecture, properly configured firewalls, and strong authentication programs. Our internal detection system assures continual monitoring. Any suspicious activity is logged, access is denied to the system, and alerts are immediately sent to AudioTel's Incident Response Team. To ensure that our systems remain secure, we voluntarily perform third party examinations on vulnerability on an ongoing basis.
